Our courses
Tilawah with Tajweed
For many of us who are non-Arab Muslims, tajweed is more often than not a learning curve for us. When you listen to Qaris reciting the Quran, you wish to attain their level of proficiency. Not just in melody, but in the way that they pronounce each letter perfectly.
The study of Tajweed is a whole field by itself in Islam and it is important for us to learn to recite the Quran with Tajweed.
Hifz/Quran Memorisation
Al-Tirmidhi (2914) and Abu Dawood (1464) narrated from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Amr that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “It will be said to the companion of the Qur’aan: Recite and rise in status, recite as you used to recite in the world, for your status will be at the last verse that you recite.” This hadeeth was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah, 5/218, no. 2240
Ijaza
The purpose of ijaza is to establish narration with a chain of transmission (isnad) as the means by which hadith scholars have preserved the integrity and soundness of texts whether through oral or written transmission.
